Giampaolo Caggiano, our director, will guide you on a journey to discover the iconic dishes
of the Meneghina and Lombard culinary tradition with a menu created and curated by him.
It will be an enveloping experience of flavours and aromas, as if for the first time.
In the bread basket you will find:
Homemade breadsticks with extra virgin olive oil and hints of fennel and black pepper. In
collaboration with the artisan bakery of Davide Longoni: a selection of rustic bread and
whole wheat bread made with sourdough starter and grains grown just outside Milan, plus
naturally leavened artisanal focaccia.
Amuse Bouche
Typical salami paste from the Brianza area on a crostino of artisan bread, seasoned with
herbs, spices, and lemon.
