of the Meneghina and Lombard culinary tradition with a menu created and curated by him.

Osteria dei Malnat proudly presents its new Winter Menu, a tribute to
regional cuisine that has embraced and reinterpreted the influences of
Spanish, French, and Austrian dominations — becoming a cuisine of
memory and time.
This menu pays close attention to the seasonality of ingredients and brings
to the table the craftsmanship and wisdom of our artisans, who help us tell
the story of tradition through their products.
Our kitchen is led by Chef Paolo Anzil, who, with this menu, offers a vivid
snapshot that speaks of Milan and Lombard tradition, infused with passion
and deep respect for this craft.
